109441 Simple Video Site CMS

I will be needing a simple CMS (using an existing open-source CMS or your own custom CMS) for a video entertainment website. The administration panel does not have to be graphical or pretty, it can be ugly, as long as it is functional.

Here are the features the CMS should contain:

1.) Ability to upload a thumbnail and video clip into a specified category.

2.) Display a page that sorts the videos according to category.

3.) Display a page that contains the list of latest uploaded videos.

4.) Display a page that contains the list of the most clicked videos.

5.) Ability to comment on a video without registering.

6.) Count the number of clicks to a video (see screenshot)

7.) Automated traffic ratio system (see this URL for details: [url removed, login to view] -- Contains adult material)

NOTE: The screenshot should be used as just a visual guide. I will be providing the HTML code for the layout, and it will it up to you to integrate the CMS into the layout.
