Quality PHP, Jquery developer needed.

I am looking for one or possibly 2 Experienced PHP and jquery developers who can create clean well commented code.
Requirements are:
From US,
English speaking,
Must have Skype,
Must be readily available for small and large projects.
Must be willing to fix any glitches or mistakes without problems.
This would be an ongoing relationship with most projects being 4hrs a couple times a week @ hourly rate.
Some projects will be larger but only one large job a month or so and would bid them as needed.
I am very busy designer and need someone to work with that can get the job done.
