278094 OpenSource Script Modification

I need the following modifications added to phpCollegeExchange [url removed, login to view]

1) Forums added - use phpBB or similar.

2) Professor evaluation added - based on RateMyProfessor system [url removed, login to view] There is an open-source script here [url removed, login to view]

3) Calendar added - use [url removed, login to view] or similar.

4) Associate/Affiliate integration into the existing Textbook Section.

5) News section that allows us to add/edit new stories.

6) Weather. [url removed, login to view],com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,213/Itemid,35/

7) Event/User Handling
