News Sobipro application for Google Maps

I need to build a new application for the Joomla component Sobipro, see [url removed, login to view] for clarafication on why it's an application not module or plugin.
The primry task is to show a google map which pin-points all live listings from Sobi pro with an icon. It must also allow for a selection box so that specific categories can be selected, when selected the map is limited to only listings in that category.
When an icon/pin is clicked the details of that listing must open. I also want to use a specific icon that I'll supply.
I must be able to install the final application on any installation of Sobipro without affecting any core software. To update the software should also be as simple as installing over the current version wihout the need to uninstall first.
Please don't bid if you have no experience of Sobi or Google Maps. If you can show example of either or both that is great but do not send me a list of 20 standard joomla sites.
I will ignore any bid that looks automated, so please mention your favourite colour in your initial bid
