Bulk Google Index URL checker

I need a webapp that will allow me to paste a list of URLs in a box and then it will go and check to see if those URLs are indexed in google using the site command.

further explanation:

To see if google has indexed a URL you use the following command in google

site:[url removed, login to view]

If it is NOT indexed it google will return this answer

"Your search - site:[url removed, login to view] - did not match any documents."

if it IS indexed it will return one or more results (make sure to scrape for the SPECIFIC result just in case)

ideally I would like this script to work with php and ajax/jquery so I can see the work in progress (you see it bold the url its currently checking and maybe a little thinking swirly thing next to it - then when done with that one it either places a green check mark next to it or a red x then moves down to the next URL on the list) when its all done I would like it to have the ability to export the results in a CSV format (simple list of URL and a second column with a yes or no)

little information about the server it will be running on. windows server 2008 running xampp. dunno if that helps or whatever.
