Redactation to various documents

Hi All,
I have around 50 documents for a project which I need to present to a client however they must be able to see that the documents exist but it must be difficult for them to read them and blank out information.
I have many documents of writing content and also drawings.
Is it possible to overlay a standard black out across all pages or does it have to be done according to each document and selected words?
Attached I have done it manually by saving PDF in paint, blocking out content then PDF again.
I have about 100no documents. 20no of them are up to 100 pages. 40no contain around 5-20 pages. 40no are drawings (floor plans).
