Social media savvy philippina to find and caption photos for my facebook group

Hungry to work for, and become part of the company, of a marketer who cares about people and is admired by a person who's a thought leader, new york times bestselling author and international keynote speaker? Well, this is a chance (and it will be an awesome chance for me as well!) If you do a good job at this, and prove to be an awesome, positively and/or calming influence in my otherwise quite stressy workdays, I will be more than happy to hire you as VA later (eventually Full-time without a doubt).

This is a trial-project, for just a few hours of work, to try you out (bids over $10 will not be accepted - remember this is for a few, 1-3 hours of work, unless it's appearant you ARE way, way good at what you do). If you prove satisfactory, I will DEFINITELY hire you on-going for the task Im just about to get into.

So, what I'm here for is: I need someone who will find me pictures (for my company's facebook page). I could do this myself buit don't for a few reasons:

1. I have other things more important to my company, my customers and my dream.

2. I find it a real hassle to find these pictures and then understand how and where to give credit (so, if you know this, and can inform me, it will help both you and I - I will be relieved, in that it's probably way easier than I thought, and you will probably be faster at doing your job, which will definitely be appreciated from me.

Your tasks are very simple:

- find a picture showing something I've told you, in the form of a creative common,

- upon my acceptance of the picture, insert a caption of my choice in the picture

- insert my logo into the picture,

- if required, inside the picture, give proper credit to the photographer/whoever deserves credit

You do need to not be social media-DUMB (as long as you have an understanding of social media, my Gary Vaynerchuk teachings will fill the rest out and make you amazing at social).

I'm one of those who people who deeply, deeply appreciate when someone helps me with things like that, and - espeically - just can't understand marketers who don't pay their outsourcer very, very well if they make good money. At the moment, I DON'T make good money but you can expect all kinds of bonuses if you do a good job (and even more and better if I start making good money which is very, very likely and likely soon).
