Creation of Furniture Database

Hello,
We need you to provide us with an electronic database that contains 2000 pieces of all wooden furniture.
For each piece of furniture, we need (A) its dimensions -- height/width/length, and (B) a high resolution photograph.
THE DIMENSIONS:
Please provide us with the dimensions of each piece of furniture on a spreadsheet (height, width, length).
Please give each piece of furniture a distinct code number.
THE PHOTOS:
Please name each photo with the same code number as you use on the DIMENSIONS spreadsheet.
Each photographs must be at least 1024x768.
The photograph files must be PNG, TIF or JPG.
Each photo must be clean (no logos, no identifying marks, no watermarks).
Each photo must be very clear and high resolution.
All furniture must be viewed from the front.
Nothing should be on shelves.
No people or things can be in the photo other than the furniture.
The background must be all white. Please cut and paste the furniture to a blank white background.
We do not require that you take the photographs yourself, only that the photos satisfy all of our requirements.
THE FURNITURE:
We only want furniture that is made out of wood.
No upholstered furniture (no sofas, no couches, no recliners) -- a small amount of upholstery on the seats of chairs is ok. A mattress on a bed is ok.
Examples of good furniture are tables, chairs, bookcases, cabinets, chests, buffets, benches, beds, dressers, frames, mirrors, entertainment centers, media cabinets, armoires, desks, display cases, and etc.
No metal or plastic furniture.
The furniture can be made from any type of wood and can have any type of stain or paint.
The furniture can be carved, turned, rough or smooth.
We need a variety of furniture styles and furniture types. The database should contain photos of furniture in all styles: traditional, colonial, baroque, modern, contemporary, rustic, carved, etc.
LEGAL:
You must represent to us that we have all rights to use the photos however we like.
THE DEAL:
For quality control, we will break the project up into 10 sets of 200 photos and dimensions. That way we can verify photo quality, accuracy of dimensions, that there is only wood furniture, and that there are a variety of furniture styles. We will let you know if there are any photos or batches of photos that are rejected. We will not pay for those until they are replaced.
Before we can start with you, please send a sample batch of photos and dimensions (approximately 20) so that we can see that you understand the project.
We may contract with multiple freelancers on this. If you would like to do a smaller number of photos, please let us know by private message.
