website hosting change, and software upgrade/integration

We have a 10 year old website with Monthly and Quarterly membership auto-renewals, and yearly non-renewable (non-auto) memberships. We update the website and send emails out daily, and have secure pages which the subscribers access with a log-in. We have been using Dreamweaver for building, and updating, Amember, PayFloPro, and an older version of ARP3-Plus to control merchant orders, databases, and daily emails. Requested Services: We want to change our hosting service and update/upgrade our database/email software. Therefore, we are looking for recommendations and relative setup and programming cost of an integrable software package that works with Dreamweaver and PayFloPro. Note: Amember and ARP3-Plus can be replaced with other recommendations. (ARP3 plus is no longer going to be supported and is being replaced with ARP reach- so we need help with this upgrade asap). Even the hosting service can be recommended if you can stand behind it.
