I need a simple website (prefer just html)
which will need to have a membership area.
- index page (home page)
The homepage will need to have a popin form (drop down menu)
which will be used to capture leads information. The people
who enter their details will be added to my getresponse account.

There is only 1 product here.
This page will need to have a paypal button with paypal gateway
integrated, so that once the customer buys will direct them to the
payment page. Once they finished paying, they will be
re-directed back to a page where they can choose their
username and password. so they can login to the members
area, the membership link will only be given to them after they paid.
- Contact us page ([url removed, login to view])
There should be a form here:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Questions (where they can type their enquiry)
And the message will be sent to mine email address.
- Members area (link cannot be found in homepage unless they pay)
In the members area (i need to know how to edit with html), i want
another form which the member can enter their:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Getresponse account name
And once they do, a website (the homepage only) will be created
for them where the popin-menu will be changed. It will be
changed with their full name and the people who fills in their
info will be subscribed into both mine and the member's
getresponse autoresponder.
This i have checked can be done with getresponse (subscribing several
responder at once)...I can provide the codes.

Also, when the member submits the form (from the member's area), there should be a page displaying their link (which is my site)
which they can use and start advertising.
An email should also be sent to them telling them that the page
has been created and giving them the link.
This is all you need to do. I'll add the contents and designs in
by myself afterward.
