47190 Freelancers Script Work

a) I need to make sure that if I make any changes to the footer in admin then the frontpage footer should automatically update, it doesn't seem to do it at the moment. b) I think there's something wrong with the cron settings that mean that once a project has expired its not being removed from the list of open projects. This needs correcting. c) On the Create New Project page, all the fields (such as Job Type, Project Description etc) are aligned to the centre - which looks awful. The same is happening on the project detail page, and the manage account page. (although it may need a slight page margin to stop it all being too close to the right edge of the page). I need all these to be aligned left (like here on scriptlance).
