We have First Data already integrated on our portal and need to integrate PayPal along with FD.
We need to give options to our customers to pay via their paypal maccount as well.
Most of our users are on subscription/recurring payments.

Hi,
We need API to communicate between our website and paypal. Our site is created in PHP-Core-Cake
We need to edit customer account in paypal via api through website for example, if our customer wants to pause his/her account for 15 days, we will or he will pause from our website and changes to payment gateway will be done on paypal
If we delete an account from our website, recurring will be deleted on paypal
If a customer upgrades his/her account from monthly to 3 month plan, the changes need to be done on paypal automatically.
