Simple Mac App and iPhone App in RubyMotion

I want a simple OSX app written in RubyMotion(I would prefer this in RubyMotion but may accept ObjC candidate.). I will give you a URL with JSON which needs to be monitored for changes. The App will be a simple app which puts an icon in the system menu and will notify on changes.
An authentication will need to be entered in a preferences screen so that the user will be able to connect to the server and get the details.
A simple iPhone app should also be developed which is just a dashboard showing the same information.
