Fullstack developer MEAN for a startup with webrtc/jitsi/kurento experience.

We are an early-stage startup looking for a full-stack developer skilled in firestore/Node/Express/Angular, the experience in video conferencing is a plus. (webrtc, jitsi, openvidu or kurento server).
The right candidates must have the can-do attitude. This is more than a job, this is a mission building a product that millions of people will use. If you are very talented and can be part of building mass-market products we are looking for you. Speaking Russian is a plus.
We are a successful team of serial entrepreneurs, that sold our previous company for a big exit.
Video Meeting is mandatory since we develop a video communication app, we spend hundreds of hours on video calls for working and learning from the experience. We expect our candidates to be comfortable with video calls and the interview must be conducted via video meeting.
The reason that we are developing this, it all started one day that I was taking a personal growth class, this was lesson no 4. The instructor was teaching us how to build better communication skills but I was unable to communicate with anybody, not even with my sister who registered for the class together with me.
I was staring at the screen, muted, Isolated. The lesson was going on and on without any interactivity. I started yawning. I started looking around for other things to do, I even started paying bills online, I was lost for the course.
Instructors as well as students are struggling, they have to use business conference tools to have lessons. They struggle to get students engaged, they struggle to transfer the knowledge, they struggle to give and receive the feeling of human connection. 90% of the people who sign up for online classes don't complete them!
The world is thirsty for online learning, people spend much of their time at home but making successful lessons online engaging is difficult if not impossible.
