Checker Prices in Products XML Feed

I have a link of an xml feed file approximately 72mb in size. It shows thousands of products with the following properties: ID, Title, Price, Availability among others.
I need a checker prices using nodejs as a programming language, and mongodb (database), which checks that xml every several minutes (the interval must be programmable), so that when one of the products drops a set percentage (for example, a 10%), I sent notification via the Telegram API with the data of these products (previous price and new price) next to the product link.
You must also incorporate new products that appear in the feed in the database, to allow tracking of all products.
