VB.NET Web Service + iPhone/iPad App to consume

We require the following for a prospecting client:
PART1:
a VB.NET web service (SVC) with methods to connect to an MSSQL database and return information based on stored procedures.
a VB.net aspx page to consume the webservice and display the results
PART2:
an iOS application to run on both iphone and iPAD devices that can consume the methods in the webservice and show the retuned information both in a list view (ie: Contacts) and to drill through to the detail of each row.
the application will require a settings page where you would enter the web-service location, and authentication method.
the application is read only.
the application will need to cache its results that are returned locally and do a refresh when a user requests it.
This application is to be used for training purposes and the code will need to be clearly documented and laid out on both webservice, aspx page and iOS application.
Apply if you can show a portfolio of similar work done and good English skills are a requirement. Skype is also necessary as there will be times where functionality will need to be discussed.
