I want to create a project that monitors transaction fraud. I string will be passed to the method that will include the credit card number, transaction amount and credit limit. The function will determine if the transaction is allowed based on the limit for the last 24 hours of transactions. Of course the credit card will need to be verified and this can be done against a stored list of credit card numbers. The requirement is well formatted code and scalable and using only Java, preferably in a Spring IDE maven setting.
