Bug Fix on Prestashop 1.7: 500 error product pages

Few my visitors are getting 500 error on Product pages, Homepage, Category page. They can access to CMS pages of my website. I have tested the website well, couldn't recreate this 500 error. I need a permanent fix for this bug. Kindly, refer the attached video for reference.
