Writing Exam and Assessment Module for Moodle

What we basically want is an examination system where a teacher user will enter the number of questions, number of choices, and the pdf file of the test and the correct answer list.
Anyone who takes the exam will be able to see the pdf and answer the questions from the answer box on the right of the Interface. After taking the exam, they should be able to see the results as well.
We have most of what we want in the Turkish Video below.
