Greetings all,
I want an application for very private communication between 2 parties, the users are divided into 2 types.
UserType1: select a UserType2 and pay with their points (In-App Purchases to buy more points) then send a private voice note, attach some pictures or files and write some comments then send their request.
UserType2: open a received request from UserType1, reply with a private voice note, attach some pictures or files and write some comments. Then they could collect the credit points that UserType1 pay.
UserType1: after receiving respond from UserType2, they can either like or dislike UserType2.
PLUS: There is a system admin, who can activate UserType2 account, view system activities and statistics, Block UserType1 or UserType2 if they violate the rules and lastly exchange UserType2 credit points to cash and deduct it from his balance.
please, tell me the best price you could develop this app and the (admin web portal). And how long it will take from you to develop.
I'll do the UI, but for now, use any basic UI elements.
I prefer that you use ionic for faster development, plus I want the applications for iOS & Android.
