I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Hi

Please have a look on my requirements.

I wanted to make an App which can Unlock Any Android phones,

Now you might have question that what is Unlock, so let me explain you that in European countries Mobile careers such as Vodafone and Airtel companies are selling Android Phones along with their own SIM, now at the time of selling Android Phone they are Locking that phone so that it should not work with Any other SIM card e.g if customer had taken Phone from Airtel then only Airtel's SIM will work on it.

So now I want these Phones to work on any SIM Card e.g I wants to unlock the phone and remove the bareer of particular SIM to any SIM.

So in order to do this , I guese first of all you need to Root the phone and then Flash it and make these change that instead of 1 partucalr SIM, Any SIM can work in that phone.

And I need this App to work in below Procedure:

I dont wanted to keep this app in google play or in any worldwideweb.

but I wants to send this app only to those customer whom I knows.

Like customer will give me his/her IMEI number and Email id then I should have one tool in my PC where I can enter that IMEI and email id, then URL link (unaddress URL link which should expire after 2-3 hours ) should send to that email id

Now when customer clicks on this URL link then our App will be downloaded and it will ask the code number ( this code number is nothing but its our unique code only which should match with that IMEI, and IF it matches ( that means if it is the same imei which customer had given to us) then it should root the phone and then flash it and make it usable with any SIM, you may take neccesary permission if required also.

Now we kept the procedure of sending app via URL-link and after that also it requires code Just because customer should not use the URL link with any other phones and therefore I mentioned to make that URL link expire after 2-3 hours.
