I am attaching an image of a home screen. I basically designed exactly how the app should look like. I did it on Paint, so the actual app should look better.
Please see the home page image carefully as it explains everything basically.
Other screen images are not exactly the same as should be, but it is similar
-Ios and andorid both, can use crossplatform builders like react native
-Simple admin panel needed, with simple statistics but with one core option, I should be able to add manually from the admin panel new job offers and with the ability to add new phone numbers, this is needed so that when people download the app, it wont be empty.
-Cash and card payments between users
-Workers and employers profile reviews and ratings
-register by phone number
-Map intigration is needed. There will be map view and list view. Also, employers will see how workers are comming to them on map
-Employers will post jobs and workers will be able to bid for the job
-Other details we will be discussed
-The project will be in russian language, I will provide you with the russian words, and also I will help along the project
