The functionality of the app is identical to an alarm clock, but the 'alarm-time' is chosen at random (between 9 AM-9 PM) and not by the user, and the message will appear in a chat-head (like a facebook message - [url removed, login to view] ).
The message that will appear in the chat-head will be chosen at random from a list of messages and images hardcoded in the app.
The app needs to be cross-platform, for iOS and android.
Very simple app, and the project is on budget, but we're looking for a continuous relationship with the team of developers.
