The application works like this:

2) controls devices through http requests (module made)
3) listens for changes in device states (module made)
You need these 3 modules and design combine into one
1) in Loops on various threads
A) search the WIFI network when it finds a network what the name has "okgoogle"
Added to the list
B) later connects to each found network and sends one http request
2) sends http requests to the devices.
3) listens to any changes to http servers on the server
4) The application design is made and cut in png need to be pasted
