I am looking to have an app developed that would operate in a similar manner to foursquare.
The app however would be for one small geographic region.
User would be able to "check in" to local businesses or add a business they are currently in.
I would like the app to "total" the number of check ins at any given destination and update the information on a website.
Example:
Top location - 105 users at this location
Store #1 - 100 users at this location
Store #2 - 12 users at this location
I would like the ability to add small "advertisements" that can be seen by users of the apps and need the ability to ad or remove advertisements on demand.
It would also be nice for user to be able to "update" their check in information on their facebook / twitter accounts
Also the app would need the ability for users to leave comments on the locations they visit
