Write an Android SatNAV (offline) for 1 country based on OSM

As a part of our new travel guide (based on eclipse or Android studio) we would like to open this opportunity for an experianced team:
Sat Nav with turn-by-turn navigation based on Open Street Maps ( something like [login to view URL])
Has to be latest map and update-able. This navigation system shall be for Thailand only in the first step. TTS support not necessary but distance/speed, estimated arrival time. The App shall download the map on installation on request of user automatically.
This satnav will be integrated in a travel guide , suggest routes and show on screen distance to next turn. We ahve over 40.000 POI's stored in our database which will be stored on device.
