Need client app for android devices which can communicate with external device thrue sockets. At this app i should be able to slide screens (each screen is for each device which will be controlled) all devices have socket servers inside. Also it's should ask devices about status of it's In/Out lines and chek is app connected or no if not conected should try to connect. I also should be available to make shedule for events. For that i can correctly explain work in details is better if you will know russian language.
