We’re seeking proposals for an Android app to list and search “information” (iPhone app already exists). The contractor should have EXTENSIVE experience and an ELABORATE portfolio to back their competence. App to be developed is in the category of AutoTrader, Kijiji etc… ; search, list, save, post, manage posts, manage documents, signin/signout. Certain functions require geo-positioning.
Proposed work flow is as follow:
1. If interested, submit references of experience and portfolio
2. If selected for second round of review, we will provide you with
a. iPhone app link
b. Detailed documentation on the various functions of the app
c. Documentation of the API (REST)
3. You will need to provide us with
a. Estimated time to complete with your functional milestones
b. Propose hybrid or native
c. Cost
d. Setup of mutually accessible source control
4. Milestone payments will be released upon functional release of sub-functions of the app AS WELL as associated source code
5. Final 10% to be released after 1 month of app release to the public or until most of the bugs have been fixed
