Hello,
We are a factory that produce fishing baits. We deliver the orders to our customers by cargo van that go through every route by 3 weeks. So Mondays we usually call to the clients that have delivery at this week
reminding them that we will come after 2-3 days and asking them for orders. We get orders by phone and write by hand, after that add into our system and start processing. We would like to remove these phone calls and writing orders with a new mobile app that can notify clients that the delivery is coming and they can easily place their orders. * The app
- We have about 200-300 products that are organized in about 5-6 main categories with another 5-6 subcategories for each category. Clients should be able to go through categories and products easily.
- Products should have option for fast ordering by clicking small plus on the picture without opening
the product
- Prices are different for each client or group of clients. Every client must see the base price in grey and
their price after discount in black
- Customers must log in with phone number and password
- Clients must set delivery address, usually they are in their shops so "Ude current location" is good option
- Customers are divided by groups according their location. Every location have delivery on every 3 weeks.
So customer must be able to check when is their next delivery date from his profile.
- Customers must get notifications for promotions, reminder for coming delivery. Some notification will be set automatically and should be able to send manually when needed to a client or a group of clients
- Able to send/receive messages - Button Chat Now or something like this

- In their profiles customers must be able to change pass, phone number, delivery address,
be able to keep track about his orders through the year
- Smart reminders, for example we have promotion if someone order 10 boxes from one product to get 1 free, so if someone order more than 5 boxes one small pop up to appear reminding to order few more and get one free
- Friendly and eye catching design
* Admin panel - Here we must be able to:
- Add/remove products
- Every product must have picture, some text, options like size or weight, price, Recommended Retail price,
option to set ordered quantity
- Add/Remove clients
- Clients are mainly retailers and wholesalers, both have different discounts. Also some retailers have
additional discount according their annual turnover. So we must be able to set prices by group and by client
- Send notifications to clients or group of clients about promotions, reminding for coming delivery...
- Receive orders sent by customers from the app and be able to print
- Receive messages from clients and be able to reply
This is our main requirements, I am sure while we work some ideas will be removed and some new will appear. We rely on a experienced developer to help us and make this app best in our field.
