We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer proficient in Javascript, React Native for mobile application development and ElectronJS for Windows/Mac application. You'll be responsible for developing, testing, and delivering scalable and robust applications.
You may/may not have experience on both React Native and ElectronJS, however having both skillset is a plus of course but a pro in either of this is essential.
Our existing app comes with a robust backend powered by C#/.NET technology and a user-friendly React frontend. Our goal is to expand its accessibility by developing cross-platform [Andorid & iOS] and desktop versions, enabling synchronization with a central database for seamless data management and accessibility across multiple devices.
What we aim for:
• Cross platform Apps: We want this app on Android, iOS, Desktop [Windows/Mac]
• Independent Location Apps: Each location will operate independently and sync data with a central database
• Database Synchronization: Utilizing a message broker for efficient and reliable data synchronization
• Technologies Considered: React Native for mobile apps, ElectronJS for desktop app
Developers shall keep in mind:
• User Interface Consistency: We want our app to look and feel the same, no matter if you're using it on a phone, computer, or tablet.
• Central Database Integration: Consideration of a message broker service (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) to facilitate data synchronization between independent location apps and the central database.
• React Native for Mobile Apps: Utilizing React Native and ensuring code reusability across Android and iOS platforms, streamlining development. Assist with preparing release builds
• ElectronJS for Desktop: Ability to create an EXE installer for easy installation on Windows machines, implementation of automatic software updates to ensure that any new updates in the original JavaScript codebase can be applied to the Windows environment.
• Development Focus: Dividing efforts between mobile app development using React Native and desktop app development with ElectronJS.
• Data Security and Privacy: Ensuring robust encryption and secure transmission protocols for sensitive healthcare data.
• Scalability: Building the architecture to scale as the user base and data volume grow over time.
• Testing and QA: Implementing rigorous testing strategies to guarantee the reliability and functionality of the applications across various devices and platforms.
• Documentation and Maintenance: Creating comprehensive documentation for seamless handover and maintenance post-development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in React Native, ElectronJS, and experience with message broker services.
- Proven experience in packaging JavaScript applications for multiple platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adhere to project timelines.
