I need a small driver board that can drive 0 -10 2,2v 300mw laser diodes with pwm control sourced from one or two 3,6v lithium batteries and manage the charge and discharge of the battery from simple 9 or 12 volt feed.
This driver will be the motherboard in a laser product for backpain.
The 300mw diode lasers shall be driven at 25% pwm in cycles of 3 minutes on 6 minutes off, run for 3 cycles then pause for a period
the repeat ( reason for 300mw lasers and 25% is to have high pulse of 300mw delivered to skin but keep the total w/cm2 down to create less heat )
single button press start cycle, another stops the cycle, or by the battery getting low, must be monitored by pic to not damage battery.
i need a special footprint of the pcb i will send a drawing with sizes and placement of the components, it will be printed on dual sided flexible
laminate and put in a product.
The simplest construction wins, "keep it simple stupid" i could see a pic, two voltage regulators one for current and one for voltage and resistors to control voltage and current.
It should be easy to set the number of diodes connected with a resistor or similar as this will be done depending on model in production.
I need c source of the software so it can be changed for different models.
