build a dapp where a user can search for nearby users according to set scale radius with services offered or goods to be sold by category description and name.

user has a profile with rating and comments.

2-featured users where they have paid a certain ethereum fee to be as featured by category

after every chat there is an available rating system and comments after ethereum payment with a 10 % fee to owner of web dapp account
