System Administrator Needed to Setup Webserver

As I have several other current tasks, I am needing some assistance from an experienced and reliable sys admin! I am in the process of launching my next company and I need someone to configure a webserver for me in a specific way. Please see details below;
This is a virtual server hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and the OS is Amazon Linux (Amazon Linux AMI/HVM 64bit). The server is online and the only touches I have made are simply updating the server.
This will basically be a LEMP Stack. I need the following installed and very basically configured;
- NginX
- MariaDB (It's basically MySQL just better)
- phpMyAdmin
- PHP-FastCGI
- Potentially setup FTP, but undecided at the present state.
Once all of that is setup, the configuration needed is setting the vhosts for primary domain and sub domain, and route those to /var/www/
Pretty easy task, and if you are looking for more sysadmin/technical work and I am satisfied with your work, consider your self being offered further projects! I will be available throughout the process for any questions. The only thing I will need from you is a public key to add to the server, but I may just make it easy and setup a root login. Looking to get this going quickly so I will be watching Bids. Thanks!
