IKEV2 VPN Server setup for windows phone

We need setup of IKEV 2 VPN server using linux (StrongSwan) or windows to allow client to tunnel through internet to the server using IKEV2 VPN. The VPN setup should be in a way that changes the remote IP address of client to that of the server, so they can browse internet if there are any restrictions. Although we need the IKEV 2 VPN server to authenticate with our Radius server for client to connect.

The project should fullfil the following requirements:

- Having both IKEv2 and IKEv2 in parallel

- Authentication and accounting using our curent Radius Server

- win phone 8.1 support ikev2 , so will support it.

- Being able to connect to IKEv2 service using different devices including windows, MacOS, iOS and Android

- Ability to connect using Cisco Anyconnect app in iphone and Android

- Ability to connect using StrongSwan app in Android

- Ability to config using either Certificate or PSK in order to be compatible with iOS and Android
