I need to be able to accept a settlement offer, CONFIDENTIALLY, for my minor child. To do so, a minor's compromise must be filed (with Clark County 8th District Court) and the settlement approved by the judge therein. I also need to complete this remotely, with any hearings being held telephonically or via video conference. I have had offers from lawyers local there but they were too expensive for such a trivial, simple task. I can do it myself but I really don't have the time right now.
