TrueBridge Solutions Private Limited (Mobeserv) is looking for a on-site project co-ordinator/operations manager/test co-ordinator. The job location would be with a reputed non banking finance corporation in Viman Nagar, Pune. The candidate is expected to carry out responsibilities related to management of Learning & Development related online application. Broad responsibilities include :
1. Interacting and coordinating with multiple stake holders (IT, L&D, Vendor etc.)
2. Preparation of reports as required by management.
3. Gaining in-depth understanding of IT systems and departments.
4. Scheduling and managing milestones for project.
5. Day-to-day operation support for smooth functioning of system.
Job Requirement
1. 1-4 years experience in managing and coordination on IT projects
2. Ability to coordinate with multiple stake holders like IT, Business and Vendors
3. Ability to understand user requirements and document it.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
5. Ability to communicate effectively (spoken, written) with stake holders
Experience of working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is highly desirable.

Work hours : Mon-Sat (Regular Day Shift Hours)
