We are looking for a sales person for a fast growing Ecommerce business. We are an online furniture retailer and we need a good persistent sales person to close the email queries that we get each day in our business. This will be a permanent role for the successful candidate. They must be fluent in the English language. They must be able to speak clearly on the telephone and they must have excellent english writing skills.
They need to have a good knowledge of Gmail, Microsoft Word and Excel. They need to be able to copy and paste images from websites and be able to send these images on an email.
The emails come in every day and phonecalls will need to be placed with our suppliers to check stock availability and get answers to other questions the customers might have. Once these answers are delivered back to the customers they should purchase on our website.
