Augmented reality app for Joomla (Pokemon Go style)

We are looking for a way to create virtual egg/ treasure hunts.
We would prefer if this could be done directly through a joomla website, and not through an additional app.
We would need to be able to add, egg/ treasure as a marker, using gps coordinates and change marker images when needed.
We intend to use 2d static images as markers. We would also need a way indicate and identify markers that have been reached.
I invite questions to help guide the project.
