Two Joomla templates to edit and set up

Hi There,
We have a basic small job here for the right programmer.
We need two joomla templates to be edited and cut to our needs. Can be WordPress too.
1- Something around like [login to view URL]
or
[login to view URL]
Maybe you already have one with a theme around partying, having a good time going out, and being with friend. It should appeal to anyone from 18 to 35...The site is meant as a preview for an opening..no dark background...basically, we need a clickable slideshow, a contact form to leave email adress, and three to five other user block, an "send an invite", and "share with FB, Twitter,etc.." ...The feel should convey clean dating, fun and upscale...
You should be able to edit the template and to provide with the visuals elements. The site targets Causasian so your visuals should feature mostly young (25-30). If you cannot provide with the visuals, please let us know...We will provide with a logo....You will be in charge of uploading and setting-up in the server. The site will be in French (just to let you know)but the template should accomodate multi-language support.
2- The second template will be linked from the first one to showcase our company. This template should be corporate and business. Somethink like [login to view URL] would be great. Again, feel free to use another one if around the same feel...Same than the first job: you provide with visuals if you can, editing and setting up in the server.
We need this done before June 15th.

you are right, Joomla is the right choice for this project. We can also do it in wordpress but the templates would best suite for Joomla as Joomla has more functionality than wordpress. If you could let us know abou Plus
