Bootstrap Carousel & Javascript Expert Needed

Hello I need help with two very small tasks needed. Im creating a sign up form with a bootstrap carousel.
The carousel slides to the next question when you click a button.
1st Task: Pleas see screenshot. I don't want the "next" green button to be visibal until after the user types in a number.
2nd Task: Please See Check List Screenshot: I don't want the next button to work until the user select one or more of the circle check boxes. If the user doesn't select the check box then I want an alert to pop up. (I have old code on file that has an alert but I don't know how to add it to the new code)
Im trying to learn how to code so I need someone to login to my computer to fix these features..
If you do a good job and you are good teacher then there will be long term work for you.
