Adwords budget handling script

I have an adwords account where I have a list of campaigns, each campaign name begin with a 7 letter code followed by other characters.... the code is the code of the final customer that apy the campaigns... the other chars qualify different campaigns for same customer

globally the account has 256 now campaigns, 64 customers with 4 campaign each

I need a script that will manage the budgeting of this campaigns in adwords account.

The target has to be to set a global amount of money to be spent (monthly)... and the script has to manage dinamically daily the budget of each campaign to be sure that at end of the period each customer has spent same amount of money.
