The job is to convert the small site (5 pages). The site will have to be a responsive web design and flexible with an adaptive layout & the ability to resize itself for computer, iPad, iPhone etc.
The menu navigation, animation and ability to resize page will be similar to:

Requirements:
1. Full screen image in the background of the theme.
2. Be responsive web design and flexible with an adaptive layout.
3. The design must be compatible with all popular browsers.
I am looking for someone who has expertise on
HTML 5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, JQuery.
I will provide website .fla and fonts. All design work is completed. It is just a matter of converting the site. This project must complete in maximum of a two-week period.
