2009-12-28 need joomla expert to solve bug in phoca script

Hello,

I am looking for Joomla expert to solve a bug

I am trying to install a phoca pic gallery in Joomla website

All install is done but the page does not load CSS file from phoca

This results in that all thumbs are stacked on eachother. There is no CSS ???

I do not know what is causing this

have budget of 30$

Need to be solved direct
