Fix jquery web app using YouTube API -- 2

I have a web app that uses the YouTube API. It works great on my normal LAMP server. It does not work on the Host gator server. I am not sure what is missing on the server (maybe some ip address block or maybe some php libraries are missing?) I need an server expert to take a look at the code, see what, if any errors are recorded and troubleshoot the problem!
Hopefully it's an easy/quick fix like a simple server setting.
