This project is to modify a SharePoint Survey list to become a "Survey Quiz" template.

Take an online Quiz assessment from the browser and upon submission, see the results.

The requirements of the e-Quiz assessment are as follows:

1. Create Quiz with a set of questions and answers

2. Upload an image or hyperlink to each question

3. Modify, export results or delete an Quiz

4. Export results should include ID, Full Name, Title, Department, Date/Time taken, Pass/Fail, Score, How many times attempted?

5. Results to be displayed immediately to user
