BHC-Real Estate Site specializing in foreclosure property sales. Regional emphasis.
Flash designer with graphics skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash). We prefer an onsite designer in our Marietta, Georgia location who will be working directly with the CEO & IT Management. Off site designers will be considered.
The ideal designer should be expert in the following areas:
1. Cross browser compatiblity HTML/JavaScript
2. CSS
3. FLASH MX & Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
4. Be able to recommend music solutions and/or create original music for the site
5. Neat & Clean PROFESSIONAL website design
This site is built in ColdFusion MX 6.1. You will need to understand how to integrate all design work in this platform.
ADVANCED LEVEL DESIGNERS ONLY. Please don’t apply for this opportunity, if you are beginner or intermediate level.
Scope of this project: Website introduction with music, and flash elements for home page. You will need to be able to create an orignal concept based on expamples you are provided that the company CEO has identified as sites that ours should emulate.
Additional projects in Flash/Design may be available after the completion of this project based on your performance.
