UI design with CSS/AJAX

See the attached page layout in graphic format. This is an interface of a web 2.0 application.

> 100% CSS layout. No tables, images or any other html format tags

> Neat commented codes

> All objects should be included in the page with same colors

> Should be compatible to cross browser issues

Project size is small but my expectation is high quality result
