Poker Client

Hello, I am looking to create a website, where anyone (mac or pc) can visit and start playing poker (play money), without downloading anything! This is basically how I would like it to function and operate.

- Simple registration

- Guest/ Members list (when he or she is logged in)

- Op powers, able to rank certain people to give them certain powers (ranks).

- Ranks are able to create tournaments and each places winnings, also the max player limit. If there isn't enough players, ranks can close the tournament/SnG.

- Ranks are able to create cash game tables and its limits

- No one is allowed to join a Tournament or cash table without a rank allowing them to. When joining a cash game table, ranks will have full control over how many chips each individual sits down with. (This is a must, no exceptions!)

That's it! I have no interest in creating a visa/debit option or anything along those lines, where people can use real like $ to gamble with.
