I only need the fourth part of this Java program. Can someone provide before Saturday 3-4-06? The program is essentially one program but with minute changes made for each section. I am expecting this program to be a simple program for an experienced Java programmer. For the results, I should have 4 class and 4 java files, one of each for each section of this program. Section 1. Write a Java graphical user interface (applet) program that calculates and displays the mortgage payment amount from user input of the amount of the mortgage, the term(length) of the mortgage, and the interest rate of the mortgage. The program must allow the user to loop back and enter new data for new results as many times as he or she wishes. Please insert comments in the program identifying each section. For example: Declare your variables, adjust constraints for buttons, etc. Section 2. You will modify the program from section one to be a java application and allow the user to input the amount of a mortgage and then select from a menu of mortgage loans: 7 years at 5.35%, 15 year at 5.50%, and 30 year at 5.75%. The programmer will use an ARRAY for the different loans. Display the mortgage payment amount, then list the loan balance, amount of principle, and interest paid for each payment over the term(length) of the loan. The program must allow the user to loop back and enter a new amount, make a new selection, with the resulting new values. Please allow the user to exit (close) the application when it is running. Key note for this section, please use the most basic Java programming for all section in this program. DO NOT use a JTable for these sections / programs. I want to see this done using the most basic java programming such as loops, arrays, or whatever I specify for the each section. Please insert comments in the program identifying each section. For example: Declare your variables, adjust constraints for buttons, etc. Section 3. You will modify the program from section one and combine it with section two to make a java application. When combing the two sections, you will be writing another java application. This program will allow the user to select the which way they want to calculate a mortgage: either by input of the amount of the mortgage, the term(length) of the mortgage, and the interest rate of the mortgage payment(as was done in section one) or by inputting the amount of the mortgage and then select from a menu of mortgage loans: 7 years at 5.35%, 15 year at 5.50%, and 30 year at 5.75% (as was done in section 2 above). Each pair is to be comma separated and line terminated, as in: 5.5, 120 6.0, 240 7.0, 360 You will add basic graphics in the form of a chart. In section three, a scrolling list of was made with the payment schedule. You will display that same information is the form of a chart. Please insert comments in the program identifying each section. For example: Declare your variables, adjust constraints for buttons, etc. For the mortgage formula please use this one: monthlyPayment = (loanAmount * (interest/12))/(1 - 1 /[url removed, login to view]((1 + interest/12), months)) Please make sure to use variables that match the above formula.
