Create very basic Web App or iOS Testflight App

We need a very basic demo app built, basically it is one page (provided as a JPG) that has a button to open camera. The Camera that opens will have some overlays on it (similar to a QR or AR Scanner) but will not actually function as a scanner or camera... it will have a hidden button that once pressed opens a second page.
We are trying to show an example of AI Scanning a product to verify if it is a match or not, without actually doing the scan of the product.
It is all explained in more detail in the attached PPT with screenshot examples and also video examples.
